Overall a
great exeprience with great people which gave me a lot of confidence
about my dancing.

First participation in the Swiss Salsa Congress (Salsafestival
Switzerland). The change from the classroom with slowed down music
to this world class event with 5,000 dancers on 6 dance floors was quite
an experience, comparable to a regional league football player
finding himself suddenly in the European Champions League

Begin of my Salsa classes in Switzerland at
Salsaol�. Here I
was very privileged to get allocated a great dancing partner with whom
the learning is a lot of fun |

Iniciation of my Salsa classes in Cuenca Ecucaor at
Salserios. Here I got a very thorough introduction with rhythm
exercises for the first five classes. Johnny, the Salsa professor, is
not only a very thorough teacher but also an inspiration for Salsa
(quote):

"Bailar es un deporte, es un arte, no es saber los mejores pasos, es
saber usar lo que tienes, no es ser el primero ni el �ltimo en una
competencia, es superarte siempre a ti mismo, bailar es ser feliz con lo
que haces, no para impresionar, sino para expresar..."
English Translation:
"Dancing is a sport, it is an art, it is not
about knowing the greatest moves, it is about knowing to use those you
have, it is not about being the first or last in a competicion, it is
about becoming better, dancing is about being happy with what you have,
not about impressing but about expressing..."
